Google unveiled a new feature to create personalized AI chatbots – Gemini Gems

At the Google I/O conference in May, Gemini Gems, the company’s innovative tool that is an OpenAI GPT Store competitor for creating and using personalized generative chatbots, was announced. This feature will allow users to easily create artificial intelligence-based chatbots capable of customizing to the character and requests of each individual user.

Google said Gems opens up a wide range of possibilities for users, allowing them to write a novel, cook a new dish or develop a mobile app.

“You can create your own unique Gem character – whether it’s a gym buddy, chef, programmer, or creative mentor. Customizing each bot is easy and intuitive,”

explained Vice President of Google Assistant and Gemini Experiences, Cissy Xiao, in a blog post.

It is worth noting that this feature will be available very soon, but you will need to subscribe to Gemini Advanced to use it.
